Bezrat HaShem

G-d willing

What is that funny looking squiggly thing on the upper right part of your pages?

Those are the Hebrew letters bet (quote, quote) hei which are an abbreviation for "Bezrat HaShem" which is a Hebrew phrase meaning "G-d willing". It is a sign that everything that falls underneath the letters has been given over to G-d's sovereign will and authority.
